Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance (import duties, customs and local sales taxes) will also be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for goods to arrive, international orders may take longer, however we will update you with the status.

If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 working days to receive a full refund. However, we would appreciate to be informed of your return, so we are aware for stock levels.
Products that are purchased during our 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' period are non returnable and non refundable. Please make sure you take this into consideration at the point of checkout on our website.
We can only provide a refund if items are un-opened, not used and in all original packaging. Please include your delivery receipt, so we have your details. If items are sent back to us in a state that is not fit for re-sale, we remain the right to not provide a refund.
The return delivery is at the cost of the customer, we can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
All refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.
It is compulsory to return your items using a trackable method. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us in good form. Until we receive your item in good condition, they remain your responsibility.
