Shipping

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout, we use APC rates.
The average price per roll for UK delivery is £7 - £18 - £27 - £35 depending on destination and the weight of the roll. Some of the rolls are very heavy. Please note we do not profit from shipping or add on to the price, we apply the quote direct from the courier. 

Our website is set to a 3 roll minimum order so we can research the best shipping quote for you before sending. For larger orders that may involve a palette please contact us at sales@mulchorganic.co.uk

We can ship internationally but please contact us at so we can provide a quote to your destination.

Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs and import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance (import duties, customs and local sales taxes) will also be the responsibility of the customer. These rules vary by country as determined by your local government. Please have your local customs office advise you on any concerns you might have.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company.

Mulch Organic products are dispatched within 2 working days.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for goods to arrive, international orders may take longer, however we will update you with the status.

Returns
If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 working days to receive a full refund. However, we would appreciate to be informed of your return, so we are aware for stock levels and for you to keep all the packaging in tact for us to be able to re-sell. If the paper or film rolls are in anyway used or damaged we will not be able to offer a refund.

Products that are purchased during any sale period are non returnable and non refundable. Please make sure you take this into consideration at the point of checkout on our website.

We can only provide a refund if items are un-opened, not used and in all original packaging. Please include your delivery receipt, so we have your details. If items are sent back to us in a state that is not fit for re-sale, we remain the right to not provide a refund. 

The return delivery is at the cost of the customer, we can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. 

All refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.

It is compulsory to return your items using a trackable method. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us in good form. Until we receive your item in good condition, they remain your responsibility.

All delivery return charges are non-refundable.

Please email us for the return address. 

We will email to confirm that your return has been received and your refund processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
